Terms & Conditions of Sale


  1. 1.  Scope

    These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of digital products and services offered through this website, including online courses, downloadable materials, subscriptions/memberships, and mentoring sessions (“Services”). By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

    2. Seller Information

    3. Products & Services

    We offer:

    • Digital course access (self-paced/online)

    • Digital resources (templates, checklists, guides, downloads)

    • Channel of Opportunities (WhatsApp information channel + Close Friends content, when included)

    • 1:1 mentoring sessions (when included)

  2. Deliverables may evolve over time to improve quality, but core functionality and access described at purchase will be maintained.

    4. Access & Delivery

    • Digital products are typically delivered immediately after successful payment, via email and/or your account access.

    • For bank transfer/manual methods, access is granted once payment is confirmed.

    • If you do not receive access, check spam/junk folders and contact us with your purchase email and proof of payment.

  3. 5. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

    Prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase. Taxes, fees, or withholdings (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly included in the final checkout amount.

    6. Payment Terms

    Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a different arrangement is explicitly agreed in writing. If payment fails or is reversed, access may be suspended until resolved.

    7. Refund Policy

    Because we sell digital content, refunds are limited.

    7.1 Digital course & downloads

    A refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase only if:

    • you have accessed less than 15% of the course content, and

    • you have not downloaded substantial paid resources (where technically verifiable).

  4. 7.2 Channel of Opportunities (WhatsApp + Close Friends)

    If your package includes the Channel of Opportunities and you have been added/received the first content delivery, it is non-refundable, due to immediate access and consumption.

    7.3 Mentoring sessions (1:1)

    Mentoring sessions are non-refundable once scheduled. If not scheduled yet, refunds follow the course refund conditions above, excluding any consumed benefits.

    If they have not yet been scheduled and the package benefits have not been used, the course policy will apply, excluding benefits already used.

    To request a refund, contact us at marco@misionecuador.org with your full name, purchase email, order reference, and reason.

    8. Mentoring Scheduling, Rescheduling & No-shows

    If your package includes mentoring:

    • Sessions are scheduled via our booking link and subject to availability.

    • You may reschedule once if requested at least 24 hours before the session.

    • No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours) are considered used.

  5. 9. Channel of Opportunities (WhatsApp) — Important Notes

    The Channel of Opportunities is an informational service:

    • We share curated opportunities approximately 2 times per week (frequency may vary due to availability/holidays).

    • It does not include unlimited personalized support, document review, or guaranteed replies by WhatsApp.

    • We may remove participants who violate rules (spam, disrespect, or misuse), without refund.

  6. 10. No Guarantee of Outcomes

    We do not guarantee scholarship, fellowship, grant approval, admissions, funding, or any specific result. Success depends on many factors outside our control (eligibility, competition, deadlines, documents, selection committees, etc.). We provide education, frameworks, and guidance.

    11. Customer Responsibilities

    You are responsible for:

    • verifying eligibility and requirements for each opportunity,

    • meeting deadlines,

    • providing accurate information,

    • keeping your login/email secure.

  7. 12. Intellectual Property & License

    All content (videos, templates, texts, downloads) is protected by intellectual property laws.

    You receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, copy, or publish the materials (including within groups) without written permission.

    13. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • share access credentials,

    • reproduce or distribute content,

    • use the materials for commercial resale,

    • harass or disrupt community spaces.,

    • affect the functioning of the platform or community spaces.

  8. We may suspend access for violations without refund.

    14. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product/service in dispute. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost opportunities, lost profits, etc.).

    15. Force Majeure

    We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control (internet outages, platform outages, government restrictions, natural disasters, etc.). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or reschedule services.

    16. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one published at the time of checkout.

    17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Ecuador, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
